The maximum resolutions and refresh rates output by the adapter depend entirely on the USB-C host devices, connected cable, and the display specifications.

For manual resolution adjustment on Mac OS, press and hold the "option" key, then click "Scaled."

For manual resolution adjustment on Windows OS, navigate to "Windows Setting" - "System" - "Display."

If you wish to play audio through the external HDMI device, please adjust the "default audio output device" setting in the system preferences.
